Super. Cute room! Check in process was super simple and dog friendly. Nice bar with reasonable prices for drinks. The room was expensive roughly 500 a night, but it was spring break and "this is Key West" everything is expensive. 😊
Rooms we stayed-in was too small. Also, there's no dedicated parking spot for the customers. The pool looks good and clean. The staff(s) are very friendly and corteous.
We enjoyed our 4 night stay at The Palms Hotel. Our room was comfortable and clean. The bed was really comfortable!! Breakfast was nice and the pool was enjoyable, perfect temperature. We would stay here again.
Great ROOM!!! Really enjoyed the location and facility. Our favorite location of 4 places we stayed in the area this week on vaca. This was our first stay in the area and are adding The Palms Hotel to our must revisit!!
You pay a decent amount of money for this room. As such, you expect more than you get at a chain hotel. Didn’t work out that way. the room was very small and there was very little room to move around, the king bed took up a ton of space and there was one small chair and table to sit. The room was very dated and had exposed wiring in several spots (pictures taken). The shower was roomy enough but the water pressure was less than adequate and it took several minutes for the shower water to get hot. I never did get hot water out of the bathroom faucet. Woke up our last morning there with ants all over the bathroom sink and counter. You get a daily continental breakfast. At many chain hotels the daily breakfast menu changes every day, not here. Same food day after day. There is supposed to be a quiet time starting after 9 pm. Not enforced. Not much sleep 2 out of the 3 nights we were there. For what you pay to stay here and the benefits you’re supposed to get I would recommend looking elsewhere. The hotel was notified but have not responded and I don’t expect them too.
Love the area! Rooms were well kept. Pool area was very relaxing. We even rented the bikes on site for 2 days. The breakfast was good too! Uber was able to find and locate us whenever we used it. Staff were nice and assisted us when needed. Really recommend!
Very clean place ! Our room was spacious and decorated nice. Plenty of towels. Office staff friendly. Breakfast was ok, had usual selection of items. Would recommend and would stay again!
Clean room. Staff attentive to anything needed! Only complaint would be shower in room 108 is tiny and toilet is to close to sink. Its not just becausecI am a larger person but for myvwife too she is Small!
