"Our stay was great and my family loved the resort! My only issue was that it is a little inconvenient to get to the Oceans Tower, especially during check in, since you have to park at the main registration area and take the tram (or walk a decent distance) to the check in for the Oceans Tower. With two kids and luggage in tow, it was a little challenging, but the kids loved riding the tram. :)"

Greg upon check out conitnued to make us feel wanted and loved. Overall, a lovely property and a great experience but once again Ryan deserves the biggest mahalo nui loa!! Jenny, in particular, was a gem! This is going to be our regular spot any time we come to big island! "

"Very comfortable. Kitchen was well stocked with plates, pots & pans. Even had beach chairs, beach umbrellas, beach towels, snorkel gear, boogie boards and a wagon to haul. Whole family (including 2 teens) loved. Would stay here again!"
