"Hotel is located in a business district area with entrance door on a quite narrow street, not in the front of the busy street! Transportation buses no problem! Streets are navigable if you’re traveling with big luggages but during peak hours around 9-10am and 4-6pm maybe challenging! The hotel is around 12 minutes away by walking to limousine bus station going to Kansai Int’l Airport!"

Hotel Forza Osaka Namba Dotonbori

"Hotel Forza Osaka Namba is a fantastic choice, highlighted by its unbeatable location right in the heart of Namba, making it incredibly easy to walk to Dotonbori and local transit lines. The food was a major highlight, featuring a delicious variety of high-quality local specialties at breakfast, and the entire property boasts excellent, modern accessibility. Throughout the stay, the services were top-notch, with incredibly welcoming and helpful staff. The only downside was a lack of ventilation, which caused the room to get quite hot and stuffy at times. Despite the room temperature issue, the excellent hospitality and prime location make it a place I would absolutely recommend."

"We had a memorable stay at this hotel. The onsen featured multiple baths such that it never felt crowded even at peak times, and we found the perks like free yakisoba noodles (read: instant noodles), ice cream bars, Yakult yogurt drinks, and self serve coffee options (including matcha lattes, etc which is rare) to be fun and value added. Our triple room had a lot of space and privacy; although ours was sadly on the louder side (mainly from emergency vehicles and motorcycles)as it was on the second floor right above the main entrance. The hotel requests guests to remove and store their shoes at the main entrance which I felt was an interesting and thoughtful concept, but I felt slightly grossed out by seeing a number of guests wander around in bare feet despite being provided socks to wear. Some minor downsides: We went in late May and the hotel was fully occupied, so we found the 4 or 5 massage chairs almost always occupied and the laundry machines being in high demand (compounded by other guests not removing their clothes when done), and a cramped vibe in the common spaces (other than the onsen as mentioned earlier). The hotel is also a bit farther away (5 min extra walking time) from Kyoto Station than some alternatives but I would still consider it to be convenient."

"The hotel is next to the road where every night car enthusiasts rev their cars. The hotel offers ear plugs as consolation. This might put off some people, but as a sensitive sleeper myself I slept fine. Staff are polite, the hotel is well maintained and in a convenient location, the bed is comfortable, and the space is adequate for 1-2 people. I love that the shower and bath area are separate!"
