"Convenient to outlet mall shopping and Kansai airport. Room was very comfortable. Breakfast was a wonderful array of buffet choices with something for everyone, even gelato. Omelette was just right in size, worth the wait. There was varied clientele at the hotel, so there was a bit of a cultural challenge to maneuver in some of the buffet areas but bring some patience and good manners with you and it all works out. "

"This hotel is more than extraordinary. I love everything about it. I’m sorry I didn’t know that they have different locations. The staff goes above and beyond to make sure everything is perfect. They’re attentive and respectful and this feels great when you’re visiting a foreign country. Plenty to do around and the best news is, the metro line is 5 feet away and the Family Mart, next door. A dream. I highly recommend the breakfast. It’s delicious and the variety is amazing. I give this property a 5 stars . "
