"Hako Riero was wonderful. It was clean, stylish and very high tech. It had a 7 eleven in walking distance and very close to the Hakkne-Yumoto train station. I would absolutely stay here again.

"What a delightful hotel!! Awesome location literally next to the train station, great food in the area as well as at the hotel restaurant. The included breakfast was amazing. Onsen was really lovely too. Rooms were very minimalist but comfy and had a great view. "

"Excellent room, spacious and traditional, and the hotel very conveniently has a Lawson just 1 minute's walk away. Breakfast was a lovely spread of traditional and international foods.
Do note though, that some of the hot spring tubs in the photos require additional paid reservations, and are not included in the room stays."
"Nestled in a serene forest setting, this boutique size hotel was absolutely amazing. We felt like we took a step back in time in the Japanese style. Our suite had its own hot spring on the patio and we couldn't have enjoyed this place more. The hotel was spotlessly clean and quiet. It was the perfect place to decompress after a few days in Tokyo."
"Very nice stay. Staff was lovely. The room was clean and very spacious. The onsen was absolutely magical.
Not many restaurants near by that open past 8 so organize your meals accordingly. Also taxis can be quite difficult to get.
Only issue was that the location on Hotels.com was wrong and it took us a while to find it as it isn’t written in English on google maps. But that is a very minor issue. "
