Rotennburo (outside hot spring pool) was excellent. It was fully booked and felt too busy. I would like stay again but try weekdays next time.

good access to five lakes comfortable hotel
very big room friendly and helpful staff short walk to five colour lakes if you are climbing mount bandai take a taxi to the happodai entrance and book a return as most mobile phone don't work no public transport to from happodai and two hour walk to nearest bus stop hotel has shuttle bus to station and public buses stop there

Spacious room but not for couples
The room was spacious, food variety was good. Nothing much in the immediate vicinity, it was a nice place but mostly for group tours, not for couples.

Great stay! Breakfast and onsen were A+
Wonderful!! The onsen and breakfast were spectacular. Also walking distance to the five colored lakes. And the local bus stop is right at the hotel entrance. Very convenient

Nice resort facilities
Unfortunately I was stuck with a smoking room, which smelled..well as you'd expect. Ignoring that, it was clean and comfortable. The room was decently spacious given the price. Faciltiies were good as it is a resort hotel. Being Urabandai, they aren't that ready for international tourists so some basic Japanese would go a long way.

An OK place to stay, safe and clean but dated
Overall the stay was ok. They had free hot tea which was great when it was so cold out, but the room was very dated. Also, (just FYI) the hotel staff doesn't speak much English and you need a dinner reservation if you want to eat at the hotel- becides a little restaurant near the back of the hotel (which was good!)

毎年猪苗代湖に家族と仲間で宿泊しています。毎回料理が美味しくてとても満足しています。 花火が敷地内でできればいいですがそれは毎年ダメでした。

チェックインの際に、平日で宿泊客少ないということであてにしていた館内の食事処はお休みと告げられる。チェックイン夕方５時くらいでチェックアウトは朝6:30の予定だったので食事無しプランだった。幸いコンビニは徒歩10分にあったが、お弁当は売り切れ、非常に少ない選択肢。当日15kmの山道登り下りしたあとにこれはつらい。せめて事前にわかるようにしてもらわないと… きっと車で来るから大したことはないだろうという先入観あったと思うが、こちらはそうではない。ホテル側の事情はあるだろうけど、こっちの事情もあることくらいもう少し思ってくれてもいいのではないか？ メール一つで済む話なのに。他は申し分ないけれど、おもいやりの無さにはがっかり。

毘沙門沼に近く、裏磐梯をゆったり過ごす事のできるホテルです。朝食のバイキングは、地元の食材、郷土料理がたのしめて美味しかったデス。 温泉は、露天風呂…よいおふろデス！ 貸切でした。。 独り占め♨️💞🍶

全般的に設備は古いが清潔に綺麗に保たれている。 フロントロビーや客室もゆったり。岩露天風呂も最高。 接客は事務的。 ただ、夜中に壁のあたりからミシミシ、ガンガンと異音が続き、気になってよく寝られなかった。

諸橋近代美術館や五色沼から非常に近く、ここのホテルのお陰でアクセスも旅もスムーズに行けました！また美術館の近くに観光する時にはここに泊まろうと思います。 露天風呂も凄く良かったです。
