The only thing missing were hand towels or paper towels for wiping our hands after washing. The instructions provided were good only for people driving in. When we ask staff they said auto lock...auto lock the door after 12pm not before 12pm. And give extra 10 or 15 min to check out...And staff saw us going up but never stop us to unlock."
