"VISITED THIS PROPERTY SEVERAL TIMES OVER THE YEARS BUT HAVE NEVER HAD THE OPPORTUNITY TO STAY UNTIL NOW. WASNT DISSAPPOINTED EVERTHING FROM THE ROOM, BAR, FOOD INCLUDING BREAKFAST AND OF CORSE THE STAFF. THE ONLY NEGATIVES WERE LIMITED PARKING AND NO ROOM SAFE."

When we got there it had such character nothing modern looking at all, the reception staff were very happy to see you . The rooms had real doors keys and were comfortable. The staff did there best to understand our food intolerances which enabled us to eat in the restraunt. All in all a very pleasant overnight stay. Thankyou Shap Wells Hotel"
