"Great place to spend the night if you're catching a ferry from Pralarn Pier. The hotel is nice and the staff are friendly and accomodating. Restaurant is good and the breakfast has plenty of options include some made to order options. It was also a nice touch that they knew I was taking a ferry without me telling them, unfortunately they had the time wrong and called me several times early in the morning as if I was taking the first ferry when I actually was taking one at 11"

"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this lovely property! The staff were professional, friendly, and accommodating, arranging transportation to and from the pier and granting us an early check-in. They were also quick to resolve a minor issue with the room safe. We stayed in the brand-new standard studio (#13, no pool), which was spacious, sparkling, and well-appointed. The ceiling fans & A/C kept us comfortable, and the location was just a short walk to the beach, restaurants, ATM, and shops....

10/10 Excellent

"Loved the Centara Reserve- loved being away from the hustle and bustle of Chaweng but a walk away or tuk tuk drive away. The resort was so green, and well looked after. Breakfast was yum- so much variety, was fresh and healthy. The rooms were stunning- clean and well maintained. Beautiful bathrooms. Loved the refill mini bar and the surprise of the day. Only complaint would be that there is one lift at the whole resort- lots of stairs. Staff were beautiful- nothing was too difficult I can’t wait to return there in the future."

"Amazing resort with fantastic people. Great rooms, and range of food. Didn’t have to leave the resort on most days. Special mention to Mae, Jenine and Tah Tah for going the extra mile for our family. And extra special mention to Mr Art and Mr Bank for making our stay even more amazing. They went out of their way to accommodate special requests and everything was just perfect. We will definitely visit again! "
