Though we go as a couple, I find that this resort caters to everyones need. There is a sort-of mini animal area (wont call it zoo though) such as water buffalo in a pond, sheep/lamb?, ducks wandering around an area which is perfect for kids. The cute part is that you can buy the feeds from a vending machine and feed the "always hungry" ducks lol the whole resort is very scenic and has recommended photo shooting area for guests which is always perfect for Asian like me. Spacious rooms, well equipped, though the rest of the hotel is bereft of any amenities, but never mind. We learned to appreciate the place. A bit remote for those without a car, but we managed to enjoy with the help of the bus timetable. Very friendly small team of staff who try their best to make up for shortcomings of the place. Breakfast was charged as an extra, but it was nice and worth it. As said, the room is vast and comfy and there's a little pantry in it, but we wish the little backyard...
