A member of our group fell and broke her wrist coming home from dinner. The staff was very helpful and showed us the nearest hospital and was even waiting for her when she got back from the hospital to make sure she was okay. Nothing but a pleasant experience and I highly recommend this hotel"

"Had to shorten my stay one day and was told by hotels.com this property does not offer refunds and hotels.com was not any help. This was over a week before I was scheduled to arrive. In the end I just blew off both days and booked another stay somewhere else myself and ate the loss avoiding booking via hotels.com. I would have never booked this property if a no refund policy was clear from the start."
