"Incredibly kind owners who helped us a lot even with a language barrier. Extremely welcoming and helpful throughout our stay there. Hidden gem really! "Here is a brief, impactful list of the main issues for your review: Missing standard amenities. (기본 편의 시설 부족) No heating floor; room was very cold. (난방 시설 부재로 객실이 매우 추웠음) Staff unaware of the "terras" location. (직원이 테라스 위치를 몰랐음) Karaoke system quality was poor. (노래방 시스템 품질 불만족) Final Verdict: Would not recommend. Would you like a single, short paragraph combining these points?"
