The room was small but clean. The staff were amazing. Dongdaemun was very busy with tourists. Many food and shopping options. Personally I don’t like it when it’s super busy I’m bit sure the people who enjoy it will really like it here.

The location is prime for shopping, attached to a nice mall. People were kind and offered great service, the room was very clean. I would not classify this property as luxury. The room was dated, the beds were very hard, the toilet leaked all over the floor, the bathtub is oddly built with a ledge that allows water to spill out everywhere if not careful, the breakfast buffet was nearly inedible with the smoked salmon being the only tasty thing. Eggs were cold and what was described as juice was nothing more than tang. Absolutely not worth the money, I asked for a refund on the breakfast. For the price, I don't see me staying at another Skypark. It's not as described.

The room and location was great! Staff were friendly and accommodating, and they all seem to have good enough English skills to be helpful to non-Korean speakers. Nice amenities around the hotel, and plenty of food options! Only item I wasn’t too thrilled about was that their AC system didn’t seem to effective. Maybe it’s because it was cold and they had some sort of default or lock on the temperature, but the room was too warm for me, and even though I had the temperature set to the lowest it can get, it stayed really warm. Other than that, everything else was great!

Small but clean room and a comfortable bed. The staff were very friendly and fluent in English. The fitness room was minimal, but enough equipment (two stationary bikes, a universal machine, two treadmills, and dumbbells) for me to do light exercises. I wish they had heavier dumbbells. (the heaviest ones were only about 43 lbs.) I took airport bus #6001 from Incheon International Airport. (About 2 hrs) The bus stop is about 350 meters away from the hotel. (About 10-15 mins walk) Use the side entrance (not the shopping mall entrance as it can be confusing) and take the elevator to 14th floor where the reception is. The common kitchen area had filtered water, microwave and a sink. The breakfast buffet was a bit over-priced. So, I went to nearby cafes and breakfast restaurants instead. Lots of nice restaurants and shopping in and around the hotel building. Overall, a great value for the money. I’d stay here again on my future visit to Seoul.

Noisy fridge and can’t exchange nor fix it til we leave Need to check the blanket. One of the blanket had blood stain When hot water was poured into the paper cup for a tea, White fragments floated around. General status of interior is a bit aged and better to update it. Photos of the properties really look nice compared to actual Really nice view and the location! There are Many other same name Skypark hotel so make sure you are going to the right one. My Texi dropped my family off at the one 15minutes away. We find we were not the only one but many other visitors had same issues. Hotel will NOT provide the shuttle. TAXI will NOT stop so you must walk there! It is a very bad experience to start with this hotel experience by walking in the rain in the Friday afternoon after 14 hrs of flight!

There is a convenience store inside the hotel, and it’s right at the outlet mall so it was easy to go shopping and drop off stuff before going to the next spot. Warm and uncomfortable. This was how my family felt in the room at night. It was winter so after we asked the staff informed that the air conditioners were set to "heater only" mode. We were told to open a tiny window to let the cold outside air in but no cold outside air came in. In the end they provided two standing fans for us. This was our 3rd hotel room during this trip, the previous two were in Japan and they had working cold air conditioners in the rooms even in winter. Aside from this, we found spots of black mold in the toilet. Our 4:30AM booking for a taxi to the airport caused confusion when we arrived at the level 1 counter with our luggage, as the staff on duty said there was a 4:30AM booking for a taxi but the room number and name is different from what I was telling her so she said the taxi was not for us. Come on, 4:30AM, no other guest in sight, taxi waiting, and we were told the taxi was not for us. Eventually the taxi driver went into the hotel to confirm he was picking up 3 passengers to Incheon. Reluctantly, the hotel staff stopped objecting to us taking the taxi, at 4:45AM. Again, no other guest in sight for the taxi. Now the better parts. The location of the hotel was very good. walking distance to shopping and food, then to subway stations to get out of Dongdaemun. Very convenient to go the places we went. Will we stay in this hotel again? Probably not but for those who can look past the challengers we had with them, this hotel is well located.
