If you plan to use a credit card that was not issued in Japan, think again: their equipment it’s not able to process it (and at least some of the staff seem to know that it’s their equipment’s problem). Per the staff, “If you don’t have a card that we can process you need to pay with cash.” This information about Japan only credit cards needs to be posted clearly for people making reservations.[I called Chase bank and they told me there was nothing wrong with my card it was a hotel problem.]

The hotel is clean enough, and not far from a huge train station. But the parking lot is a bit hard to access as that are surrounded with one-way roads.

Older, slightly shabby hotel, but well-maintained. The staff was very kind and accommodating, and we had everything we needed for our 3-night stay. Overall, good value for the price.
