unexpectedly, my family was given a room with balcony with can see the sunrise and Mt Kinabalu. My children are very happy with playground and photo-taking stations. Me & my wife are overwhelmed and very satisfied with the delicious and abundant FOC breakfast

Really nice hotel up in the mountains with amazing views to chill and relax. Staff was amazingly friendly, with a lot of healthy choices on the menu. We definitely enjoyed the stay away from the city.

Simple beautiful property. Love the open beach right behind the villa.. makes it look like your own private beach.Love the adjoining swimming pool. Beautifully furnished. However, need some maintenance as the toilet bowl in the master bedroom feels like it will come off the floor and the lights outside were not working. Wake up to a magnificent view of Mt Kinabalu just infront of our unit. They could improve on the water system. The unit we stayed has no hot water and the pressure was very low. I was freezing cold after a cold shower. Other than that we loved the place and enjoyed our stay.

Stayed there for 3 nights and enjoyed the cold air and walk to KK park.

Out of all the resorts I have stayed in the world, they are really my top few favorite picks. There is a number of things to do at the resort, it was never enough time to utilize the facilities.The Borneo Spa feels like you stepped into paradise. If there is a place you would like to recharge, this would be it. Looking forward to my next visit.

We stayed in Kundasang for 3 weeks in Nov 2018 and have stayed in different hotels such as Nabalu Lodge, JResidence, Dream World Resort, Pine Resort and Hounon Ridge at Bundu Tuhan. JResidence is most the cold among all, temperature dropped to 14 c at night during rainy day. We stayed in Room 1B, the toilet and bathroom is super clean and there room make up service everyday .

We like this place as it is the closest to the most beautiful mountain view of Mount Kinabalu. The rooms had bed sufficient for up to 10 pax. Kitchen is well equipped and we can whip up meals conveniently. Staffs are friendly. We will come back again.

We have to drive up a rocky road to reach Sabah Tea Garden. However, upon reaching the cottage, we were welcome with a spectacular view. We stayed in Lofty2 n the side window gave us the view of the Mount Kinabalu too. A great place to stay and will definitely return.
