"Super Nice experience actually one of the best in malaysia. Real robinson experience in the outback"

"I like the place. very nice, very clean. The housekeeping & reception as well as the staff at the bar are very friendly and because of that i feel very welcomed whereby I invited many of my friends to stay there again a few days after my first visit. BUT on my second visit with my friends we are disappointed when the property don't offer banana boat ride anymore because they said that they don't have a driver. Some of my friends come to try the banana boat. So we said that's fine, we'll play...

"Absolutely fantastic property with incredible staff.Rooms were huge and very clean and well equipped.Lovely pools and beach, great range of activities and restaurants. Free shuttle bus into KK and easy to arrange excursions through the hotel."

"Staff are friendly & helpful "

"Staying up in the mountains, you have to accept that you will have insect visitors come in your room. The host gave us a spray to help the insects leave. The host kept our room clean and gave fresh towels. They helped us build our itinerary. I had to have some milk and food for my young kids and they let me use their fridge. Dog was friendly."
