Good value but dry hotel
An okay hotel with reasonable amenities. Be aware that there is no alcohol in this hotel despite the ‘mini bar’. Staff lovely and very helpful. Limited options for vegetarians especially at breakfast

Reception and staff were ok and helpful. Clearly housekeeping was the major issue: dirty sink, rubbish in the sinkhole, stained duvet and pillowcases, stained iron plate, no jug kettle, run down ironing board. What's worse was had very disturbed sleep. Creepy noises and window in the bathroom was left open by the hotel (don't know for what reason???) By far this has been one of my worst for 2- day stay at any hotel. For the rates charged of over RM200, that's just unacceptable. I suggest the hotel reduce the rate to RM100-150 which will justify their setbacks.

Property is running down and need major renovation. Ventilation in the room is bad, toilet so so, the rest is just above decency.

Cheap hotel with good food. Very basic accomodation but it is a nice place. Central to the city and close to Imago Mall. Not much in the surrounding area though.

The staff were great. The room was big and comfortable. Bedding and room was very clean. Showers were a bit gross, could do with a good clean or be redone completely.

Good experience still many ways to imrpove
Location quite isolated from many common amenities and very little signage to access the location. Staff if friendly and room is clean. However some of the fittings are not well maintained ie water tap is detached, water heater for shower malfunction and complimentary mini bar not well managed is insufficient items provided.

The hotel makes my family stay better and safe. I hope this hotel concept (Islamic hotel) can be extended to many hotel providers in Sabah, Labuan and Sarawak. As a Sabahan, I have seen many opportunistic people have exploited hotels in Sabah for sex based businesses. Sex is ONLY for a married couple (PLEASE TAKE NOTE!). The TH Hotel, however, sparks the significance of Islamic concept of hotel where the family value, harmony and maqasid are brought into play.

Good hotel to stay.
As always the hotel did not disappoint me. The room was big, clean & nice. Checkin at 3pm but have to check out at 6pm because 1 family member suddenly died of road accident. Is there any way that I can have refund or exchange or coupon because there nothing had been used & move in the room. The front desk told me that they already cancel the room but its up to expedia/hotel to do something about it. I am a Gold member. Tq
