"Staff was cheerful and helpful. Room was clean and comfortable. There were many USB power outlets in the room, making it easy to charge devices. There was not much table or shelf space for personal items. A drawer or 2 would be much appreciated."

The safe malfunctioned but the staff came quickly to resolve the issue. A simple upgrade that would be welcomed is to have a few USB points since many devices need charging by USB these days."
