"Safety room but the card to open the room&elevator sometime don’t work. The staff not much helpful. There are no parking space and the spa isn’t free. Overall 7.5/10 clean room, great rooftop. You can see volcano sakurajima up here!! "

"East wing, west wing! Our room was a trek from reception, felt like a different hotel! Dining room was smack in the middle so it didn’t really matter. Some renovations ongoing which may have lengthened the journey. Room was nice and spacious with a lovely bed. Great location and the Onsen was really nice, especially the outdoor section, being able to relax and see the stars "
