Warning, Warning : Don’t stay here !
Warning, Warning: DO NOT STAY HERE. Aonong all season beach resort: Worst place I have stayed in 5 continents and 70 cities! Listed as a superior room View of the garden: my view a alley with trash Elevator didn’t work for the 3 days I was there , room On second floor . Had to care my own bags to second floor even tho I told them I had a previous broken back . I couldn’t take a shower because of the smell and color of the water after 7 hours of flight . No plasma tv tho listed in the description , just a old tube type tv that didn’t work .

Dated but good location
Nice location, walkable to Ao Nang beach with a few lovely restaurants across the road and walkable to Ao Nang night market but the pool was dirty and the basics such as corridors and front desk was very outdated with steps cracking and floor boards coming up. The shower was the worst part of the room which just dribbled out and the air conditioning unit actually broke and smelt of burning.

Right on the beach!
An excellent place to stay for backpackers or solo travelers who want to be right on the beach and close to shops and restaurants without breaking the budget. Wonderful and friendly staff, large rooms, balconies, clean, simple. I'd certainly stay here again!

It was a good stay. Across the road from the beach and close to a 7-11. Pool area is small but adequate. Staff are amazing!!

The property had mold issues, the smell was strong. My room had blood stains on the sheets, walls, curtains, headboard and had pee stains on the toilet. The room smelled strongly of mold and I saw mold and warped wood. The water pressure was very low and my room didn’t have hot water. For my health I left and stayed my 2-4th nights in krabi at a nicer hotel down the street

The location was great however the hotel conditions was disappointed! The shower was broken which the water heat and cold is not consistent. The breakfast was not worth for what i has paid for. While i was there they are currently painting the hotel which make the ground floor smell so bad!

Comfortable bed. Lovely pool. Beautiful beach. I had a room over the road which was quiet and a 2 minute walk to beach perfect. Area was quiet but that was fine. Walk along beach to horizon bar for food live music and fire dancer. Beautiful view for sunset. Food was ok but french bakery down the road (5 min walk ) was gorgeous. Waiting staff don’t speak much English but it’s their country so why should they. Shower isn’t fab so jump in the pool first if you been on beach to rid the most of the sticky sand. I would return.

Great location, but sleep with ear plugs
I checked in late afternoon and the counter staff were expecting me. Check-in was smooth. WiFi in room no problem. The rooms were of good sized and I liked the balcony area. There was also a constant flow of hot water while bathing which was appreciated. However, everything was old. Towels were old, toilet bowl, shower head...etc. As long as it's clean I don't mind. Every now and then there was smell of sewage, I don't know if it's the hotel problem or the town's problem. The walls were incredibly thin. You can hear people WALKING outside in the corridor or in the next room. Need ear plugs to sleep. I took a private van there from airport for 600 baht but when I asked counter staff for ride back, there was a 150 baht option (shared van) which was preferred. I don't know how to book that from airport to hotel (try calling the hotel to ask), but counter staff can book for you from hotel to airport. Hotel staff also didn't reply my email twice so I had to call them to confirm my request of a double bed. I didn't use the pool because it didn't look inviting. There were constantly mosquitos in my bedroom though even when aircon was on. Across the road to the right, there is a quaint and small beach side stall that sells fruit juices and alcoholic beverages. I like that rustic feel. Further down the road (exit hotel and turn right) about 70m there is a cluster of outdoor local food that isn't overpriced which I also enjoyed. Lively area of Ao Nang beach was about 10-12 minute walk

Good Location
The hotel is just okay, did not love it and did not hate it. It's in a great location, close to the beach, markets, and food. Our view from our window was a wall though so maybe as for a window facing outside.

We only stayed one night, room was clean, bed was good, service was fine, but the breakfast was a bit disappointing and so was the wifi. We had to sit next to the door of the room to get a good signal. Overall it was a nice place.

Quite a cosy hotel, close to the beach. Helpful staff, convenient as eating places & mini mart nearby. Clean room, furniture needs an update. Pleased with my stay.

Location is the best.
I like the king size bed and location of the hotel. Easy to reach any shops and restorans. Breakfast was a decent budgeted breakfast. I also like the noise and rain protection balcony with closed glass doors.

5 Night Stay
Superior Room on 4th floor was not bad at all. Bed comfortable and enough room. Bathroom adequate without being outstanding. Caught glimpses of the beach from balcony. Breakfast was very good with selections changing daily. Didn't use the pool as it was beach weather but that area seemed nice enough. Good quiet location about 5 mins walk from Ao Nang Beach. Street food stalls just around the corner were excellent. All in all a pretty reasonable stay.

Awesome trip to Aonang, Krabi Thailand.
It was a pleasant to stay at this hotel. Nice hotel and close to the beach. However, the facilities is not enough for example we already request an iron before the trip but the hotel still did not provided the item. Other than that, the hotel was good, staff friendly and helpful. Last but not list, the location of this hotel was strategic.

hotel was nice except the neighbouring club sound is penetrating to the hotel room right till 12am and cannot sleep. I guess hotel should be away from sound of the such club area or local authority should control club should not be near or sound level be heard from the hotel.

Average place, pay the extra and stay in Railay.
Smelt musty, not actually in the beach/water it's across the street. Lots of restaurants and shops nearby. Good spots close by to watch the sunset, next time I'd buck up and stay in Railey. Not much in Ao Nang for me.

Nice hotel close to the beach
Very clean hotel between the beautiful Nopparat Thara beach and Ao Nang beach. A touristy area with lots of seafood restaurants and bars. The breakfast was disappointing to start with (a choice of eggs, rice or soup), but by the end of the week a full buffet was provided, with cooked breakfasts and cereals.

Small hotel across the beach.
About 10 to 15 mins walk to shopping area. Easy access to nearby restaurants. 7/11 just round the corner. It would have been great if a printed list of breakfast choices is avialable as communication in English is an issue with serving staff.

Not recommended...
Slow internet and mostn9f the time having problems... one of the reception doesnt know how to accommodate guest. Always saying No, nothing, we dont have, etc... Lift smells bad to the highest level. Toilet in the ground floor smells too bad... I won't recommend the hotel.

Livable but not going to stay there again.
Wifi doesn't work in the room. Seems to be an ongoing issue for a while. Location is okay. Rooms were decent but not very clean. They seem to shutoff the water at a certain point in the middle of the night and I wasn't able to use the shower at 630 AM. Once they turned the water back on around 8am, the water was brown.

Good place
There're 2 sides of the beach, separated by a cliff or tiny hill. The resorts is less than 5 minutes walk to the quiter side of the beach and 15-20mins to the main beach area where a lot of tail boats & main crowd to be seen, it's also the same area where all the bars & pubs, fast food like Burger King (Hungry Jack) & McDonald's are situated. It's quite a far stretch of local restaurants as well as road side stall (not available on Friday).

Hotel is old and located near the river where you can find a lot of moscitos and also dust smell in the evening.... On the floors into the hotel is visible that is not cleaned from several guests,...also on furniture,... Location is ok, but beach is very dirty.... I will choose next time other hotel,....

Reasonable Hotel
Overall we had a very good time in Krabi. The hotel rooms were a bit dated and needed some repairs. There were no towel racks in the bathroom and the rooms were small. There was a very loud bar across the street that was open most of the night and made it difficult to sleep. Food was very good and staff were very friendly.

Good Budget Place as Expected
Budget place. Looking for 4 star choose Holiday Inn which is right next to this hotel post Srisuksant Resort on the same block. The place is as expected. Decent sized rooms and well kept. Wifi is slow but works. Very limited channels on TV. Decent clean swimming pool. Very good eating out places nearby. Money exchange facilities (many of them in vicinity). This is at Nopharat Tharra beach. In fact bang opposite to the beach. There are 3 longtail boat piers here. 2 on Ao Nang beach (nice 15 minutes leisurely stroll through market. Can easily take a tuk-tuk for 50 THB if required) and 1 on Nopharat Thara Beach. One on the Nopharat Thara Beach is bang opposite to the hotel. Issue is longtail boats require minimum number of people to leave for islands and might have to wait for few people to join you at Nopharat Thara Beach. 2 longtail boat piers on Ao Nang beach are frequented by many travellers and so is easy to leave quickly to islands. One pier on Ao Nang beach is closer to Phra Nang Inn hotel (check on Google Maps) and other one is closer to Krabi Resort. Traffic sense in Thailand is much better than expected (atleast for us from India). People are really friendly. No fear of mugging, etc. People do hire bikes from Hotels too. This hotel also provides the facility for 500 THB for a day. I did not use it though. One area where hotel can improve is Breakfast.
