The location is five-star, right near the beach and at the quieter end of Ao Nang, which made it a lovely base for our stay. The hotel staff were, overall, very friendly and quick to help whenever needed. A particular shout-out to Sareena in the restaurant and the young lady who checked off our room number each morning at breakfast, both were consistently warm and professional. Our room cleaner was also excellent. One thing to note is that the beds are quite firm, but the hotel will happily provide a mattress topper if you ask, which makes them much more comfortable. Some areas of the property feel a little tired and could benefit from a refresh, and the breakfast buffet is adequate rather than exceptional. We stayed in one of the villas and would highly recommend them - they are spacious, private, and very comfortable.

We LOVED our stay here so much we tried to extend but there were booked. The villa was so peaceful, loved that it was just to the side of the main strip so it was quiet but a 2 minute walk to the crazy.

Room was large and clean. All staff in all areas of the hotel were excellent. Used laundry service and price was good and service quick. Ate at restaurant and food was very good. Pool service was excellent. Only downside of stay was that wifi was awful, tv froze constantly, couldn't connect to apps such as Netflix and had to hotspot from phone to work.

This was a perfect place to take the family for a few days before we left.The beach is clean you can get amazing massages and see wild monkeys playing in the sand. The breakfast was good, great location. Amazing choices of restaurants, day trips and we were able to buy lots of gifts and get all our laundry cleaned. The only bad point was the pool closed quite early and the kids loved it.

Location is excellent! Pool was nice! We would stay again though. Staff was not super welcoming in comparison to everywhere else we went in Thailand. The AC in our room broke and they told us it would be 2 hours to repair it, we said ok. We came back half way through and our room door was wide open and no staff to be found (and for a lengthy time period). We were not very happy about that… our belongings are in there. “Coincidently”, that night we had a cockroach run across our floor and a lizard on our wall. When we spoke to the front desk, they could not understood English and even when we spoke to them the next day they were rude and dismissive. A day later, we asked for the room to kindly be cleaned, went to the pool, came back for Sun screen and again, our door was open, room half cleaned and the cleaning staff was at the next room cleaning it (she returned later). Additionally, the wifi was HORRIBLE. We are very easy to please, and we stayed at many places on our honeymoon trip and were very happy with minimal style rooms (this room was our nicest and most expensive along the trip). Again, LOCATION IS AMAZING!!!! But just because of what I mentioned, we would not return

Excellent stay

The resort was beautiful, and our room was beautiful and spotless. The service was excellent. We enjoyed the delicious breakfast buffet. The pools were clean and in a lovely setting. The hotel was a short walk to all the action, but very quiet and away from the hustle bustle. It was also close but not too close to the Monkey Trail, which was fun.
