"We had a lovely stay at Novotel before the holidays. The staff was welcoming and helpful, the rooms were spacious and had a nice welcome message there. The swimming pool, which was a decision determining factor when we booked this hotel, was closed, however. So that was a bummer. The parking was available in the garage below the hotel, which was convenient. "
