"My husband and I stayed 19 nights at this hotel. I have to say, itās clean and comfortable and centrally located to the sites, stores, restaurants and such. Itās directly across the street from the train station where we are catching a train to Germany tonight. The housekeeping staff is wonderful. We felt very taken care of. The blonde housekeeper working the 2nd floor deserves a raise! Sheās wonderful! The breakfast buffet is really good. Such a large assortment of foods. Overall, we had a great stay! They are pet friendly and we stayed with our dog. The negatives are the two EXTREMELY grouchy old men who work the front desk. They are unhelpful, rude and condescending. One threw a tv remote at my husband and said it wasnāt his problem that it didnāt work. I personally heard him talking on the phone to future guests and was condescending and rude and hung up the phone on them. The other front desk staff were fine. These two old men are AWFUL! Something should be done about them as they are the face of the hotel. I canāt understand being so nasty to guests. I asked to have a 1 hour late check out. After staying 19 nights, it would have been a nice gesture. Nope, the grumpy old man said NO! "
