The Westin is a beautiful hotel. The rooms are modern,clean and comfortable. We loved the bed and slept very well. The food is excellent. We really enjoyed the seafood and the breakfast buffet especially. The staff can't do enough for you and are very approachable. There are a few pools, a lovely pool bar and enough loungers around the place. There was so much to do in Langkawi, we wished we could have stayed longer. We did jet ski, parasail, mangrove tour and cable car.

While our time here was short, we found little to complain about during our stay. The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming at all times, with the owner/manager constantly on hand to strike up conversation or help you out. The bed was quite comfortable in our room, and while the bathroom could do with some upgrades, it was on par with or better than many other accommodations you'll find in SE Asia.
