Apartments was spacious and clean. The place was very convenient and easy access to metro stations and shopping mall. Some coach from to/from Singapore also departing at the lalaport

The property is located in a brand-new skyscraper that is yet to be completed and launched. It is very, very quiet (felt like I was the only person in the entire building). Facilities work fine and are brand new. Reception staff also good. Biggest drawback: Jewel Oxley is not yet in any ride or delivery app, so couriers and drivers deliver to building next door or wait for you somewhere completely different. Overall good stay.

The unit is so big and spacious with a queen and day bed, a study, a living room, and kitchen and dining. The internet is good, 5G. The agent was very responsive and clear about instructions. I didn't know I have to deposit 300 MYR cash so I offered that I give him a mix of different currencies. He ended up just asking me 40USD, for formality. Am glad he's that considerate. Our family enjoyed our 2 nights stay there. We had a stunning view of KLCC and KL Tower from our unit. The unit was comfortable, clean and tastefully designed. KLCC and Bukit Bintang is just a short drive away. Host and security were all friendly. Would have been better if there was a hot water kettle provided, if the water pressure in the bathroom was stronger and if there was wifi but other than that we would highly recommend this unit.

Overall the place is great, it’s well maintained, the WiFi was good. The apartment is spacious , large bathroom, walk in closet. There is a desk in case you need to work remotely. Very convenient to the MRT & TRX. The convenient stores on the ground floor were also a big bonus. Not as crowded as the city centre. Room amenities are good. I enjoy the smell of fresh linen.

This was my first time staying at Scarletz Suites, and I was pleasantly surprised! The room was bigger than I expected- it had a dining area and kitchenette- and I had a nice view. The vibe in and around the hotel is kind of 'backpacker fashionable', with several affordable restaurants nearby, and the Petronas Towers a less than 10 minute walk away. Room is spotless. Very clean and can walk around barefooted. The decor is good and spacious. Well equipped with microwave oven, fridge, kettle, induction stove, cutleries and all.

The room was clean and well equipped. Location is good for those who wants to be located near to Gleneagles Hospital. Check in process was okay. What is probably worrying however is the required bank transfer deposit and the need to send ID document to some unknown person which can be easily misused.
