"The accomodation - room/apartment was excellent but the check in and check out staff, communication and attitude was atrocious For such a nice accomodation - the check in person I was allotted took me 2 hours for him to show up - no email from the check in saying where to go and when checking out wouldn’t even arrange transport to the airport as the wifi wasn’t working Great accomodation Extremely poor service by the check in and check out crews Absolute shame - will book a hotel next...

"The place is located at the heart of KL, therefore there’s very convenient to go anywhere. The view was great! The place was clean and well maintainer. Though, the parking is not free, and that’s the only complaint i have. "
