Inconsistent host, unsure who we are supposed to be dealing with, check in and check out procedure not professional, no prior notice regarding need to pay security deposit, staff need more training, lift was not working for a couple of days, poor facilities within the apartment, cockroaches, no instructions for working the TV. We will not be returning to this property.

Not so amazing stay

Management was not smooth at all. First have to park outside, and then walk into the basement to get the key in the mailbox, and then have to wait for the unit PIC to come for deposit collection and to sign the document. Walked back outside and drove to the assigned parking lot, only to find the lot was taken by another car. Called the unit PIC, he didnt want to handle and asked me to go back to ground floor and inform the building manager myself. Not being helpful at all. The unit is very basic and nothing to shout about. Amenities are very basic, luckily I brought my own 3-in-1 coffee. I wont stay here again.

It was an amazing stay. The room is clean and spacious. The check in also has some confusion at first but the PIC explain clearly and help us through the journey. Will definitely choose to stay here again for the next staycations

OK place for one or 2 days, it is crowded, so no chance of having a relaxing time at the pool. unit is well equipped with amenities. Our ac needs servicing, room doors need some WD 40 and bring your own sheets, as ours in the main room was smelly. We mostly stayed in the unit, cooked and took some photos in the Swedish garden, it is lit up at night very pretty. Tower 3, floor 21. Quite difficult to navigate to our unit, but the Check in guys were patient n helpful in explaining how to get to it

The property is very good, look like new maybe only for few years ago. It has 2 BR, 2 Bathrooms one is inside the master room and the other at the living area. Rooms are furnished with good conditioned local Malaysian furniture, closets are not so large but good for short staying, beds are queen size and comfortable too, very tiny side bed tables and mirror consoles (I’m wondering why?), there are absolutely lack of lights especially side bed lights, rooms are not very spacious but the living area with kitchen side are very spacious. There is a 40 inch Sharp TV (too small for large living area) Equipped with Android TV box, there is loveseat sofa bed (maybe good for 2 tiny child). Kitchen is fully equipped with IKEA kitchen set. There is no dishwasher but there is a washing/drying machine which is very helpful. The kitchen is also equipped with a medium size fridge, drinking water purifier, small non-digital microwave and a buttonless (2 eyed) stove. What is my concern is the clean condition of the property (probably I’m a bit picky but it’s very matter to me): #1: At the Kitchen dishes are not cleaned (since we reached the property) including the kitchen sets (and that was very awful and disgusting) knifes and chopsticks are like someone has used it recently! Continuous water leaking next to washing machine side if we operate it at night. #2: Bed rooms: we are surprised with accumulated dropped hair all over the room and socks underneath beds! (And that is so gross!)
