Check in was a gong show Room was a 27c until the A/C kicked in after changing the air filter! Not pleasant Room modern and well fitted for the stay Shower amazing as were the products Fridge not cold and bed ok Will NOT remember fondly

Nice hotel but they will need to check the room properly before letting guest check-in into the room. The lifts definitely needs upgrading, is too slow and there is only 4 available

The shopping mall is close by. Location Difficult to access for drivers. While the dining staff are friendly, not so by reception. The lower rank staff are not properly trained and expect to be tipped for instance when delivering a newspaper

The poor experience starts from the time we arrive at the parking. There was no clear sign to show the direction to the hotel lift that leads to the lobby. We had to find a security guard to ask for directions. We arrived to check in after 2 pm, but the room was still not ready. The receptionist asked us to wait until 3 pm for the room. This is unacceptable as the official check-in time is 2 pm, isn't it? By right, the rooms should be ready as the hotel is not fully booked. Additionally, I understand that wearing a mask is not mandatory now, but the receptionist was coughing and had a runny nose. Shouldn't he be supposed to wear a mask in order to secure the guests' safety? After we told the receptionist that we couldn't wait for the room as we have an important meeting to attend online, only then did he say he could upgrade the room. Why couldn't this be arranged initially? The duvet in the room was not clean; there were stains. The soundproofing is bad; we can hear the motor racing and police sirens clearly at night. The pillow is too soft and uncomfortable. This is the worst experience I have had in Le Meridien hotel so far.

We had a deluxe king room, it was a great size & we had a lovely view. The only thing I would comment on was I could hear the mosque early in the morning

i was advised that there are no rooms available upon arrival to check in 9pm on Wednesday July 12th. since the hotel called my cell number to confirm arrival hours earlier while i was still in another country to arrive to hotel with string of meetings scheduled at the hotel just to find they cant accommodate me and my company colleague is very very disappointing and poor conduct. they took us to a different hotel which was ok. i am very upset and disappointed with Le Meridien and as someone spending many nights with the hotel chain i do not accept such poor conduct of customer service and planing. i could and should have gone from the airport to a different hotel why i need to taxi for 1 hour from airport to be told they totally disregard by confirmed booking, no more Le Meridian for me totally disappointing.

No welcome when I walked in from a 20 hr journey Dirty toilet seat Really bad attitude when I asked for a slightly late checkout and even offered to pay. ‘We have high occupancy right now’ I thought I’d give it a try and was so disappointed by this hotel

Okay location but good rooms.
Good location in PJ away from everything, however you will hear the mosque noises very clearly. Service of front desk isn't anything to celebrate, and we saw the valet parking guy playing games on his phone while someone patiently waited. I ended up getting the guys attention. Lifts are extremely slow and you may need to plan up to a 5 minute delay in busy times.

Meridien Petaling Jaya is a beautiful new hotel directly adjacent to the Paradigm Shopping Mall, which is also very nice and quite new. My wife and staying at Meridien for several days in April 2023. It's a top-level hotel with reasonable prices and we will certainly aim to stay there again next time we're in KL.

My wife and I stayed at Le Meridien PJ for several nights in April 2023. The hotel is new and in perfect condition. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. The staff is very friendly and helpful.
