建物自体は料金以上に良かった。以下の対応状況から、（OYOによる）管理状況には改善の必要があるように感じた。・予約連絡メールの連絡先（電話番号）が更新されてなく、夜中の現地到着時に連絡が取れなく非常に心細い思いをした。・入室時からの不具合（照明が点かない／トイレットペーパが無い／洗濯機が動かない etc.）への対応に、「すぐに行きます！」との回答をするだけで結局２日間も対応してもらえなかった。・案内された部屋が予約ルームと違っていて、数日後に急遽別の部屋に移動させられた。

Supposed to check in but was told by the staff that they have double booking and it's fully booked.They have no rooms for me and I've to look for another place to stay in and it's in the middle of the night.
