2/10 Terrible

Disliked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, listing accuracy
Overall experience was terrible. The contact phone was not in service. Had to go thru hotel.com for communication. English was very poor. The rooms were not clean. Dust all over furniture. 2 broken chairs. Dirty floors..especially the bathrooms. Mold all along the wall and shower. Inadequate number of towels.old threadbare towels.very noisy specially at night. The furniture were outdoor furnitures. We have pictures. If you would like,we can post them. The room we were given was not the onfurniture. There was nothing PREMIERE about it. We feel that we got ripped off! This property should not be on Hotel.com as it give it a bad reputation. Only nice thing to say is.. the location was good.
