まず、キッチンのコンロが使えない。オーナーに問い合わせると、コンロにだけガスが通っていないとのこと。キッチンを使いたいためにここに決めたのでなんとかしてほしいというと、IHヒーターがあるからそれを使って欲しいという。しかしたった一つ。これで料理はできない。しかも、備え付けのフライパンはほぼIH非対応。すくなくとももう一つIHがほしい、フライパンも対応してるものをお願いしたいと伝えると、4日後に別の部屋へ移動できるからそれで我慢してくれとのこと。しかたなく、IH対応のフライパンを自腹で購入、移動日を待っていた。 事前に、移動日は夕方にしか移動できないことを伝えてあったのにもかかわらず、その日の深夜1時に連絡がきて、お昼過ぎに移動してくれとのこと。 無理であることを伝えると、それでは部屋を交換できないと言われ、深夜3時まで約束が違うなどの抗議をしたができないの一点張りでラチがあかず腹も立ち、仕方なく別のマンションへ移ることに。 あとは、マンションのセキュリティがしっかりしているのはいいのだが、渡されたキーが指定ロビーに入れるキーではなく、それも説明通りにしているのにかかわらず入れなくて1回夜中締め出されてしまったことがあった。オーナーに連絡しても入れるはずだの一点張りで結局、ラチがあかない。 また、照明が切れていたり、部屋に1mmほどの小さなアリがたくさんでる。アリは壁に隙間や穴ができていてそこから入ってくるらしく毎日何十匹と潰しても翌日にはキッチン周りにうじゃうじゃ出てくるのがストレスだった。 部屋と廊下をつなぐドアの下部分に光が漏れるほどの隙間があり、隣の人が出入りするたびに音が聞こえる。 良い部分もあったのだがあまりにもオーナーの対応が酷すぎてそれらが潰されるほど嫌な滞在だった。16日間の予約だったのだが、6日で別のオーナーの別のマンションへ予約し直し移動したが、それも事前にこのマンションのオーナーが誠意ある対応であれば2日後に移動できたと思うと不愉快極まりない。
