Clean but the toilets are separate... WC separate from shower stall, which will be entirely wet if you hang your towel or clothes inside while showering. Other than that, room is comfortable, bottled water is provided everyday.

As always, room is clean and fully functional, but a little small for 2 opened up luggage. Plenty of amenities at the lobby area including drop coffee. Location is about 5-10 minutes walk from the bus terminal,and right beside Shimotori street with loads of food and entertainment. skippingHas stayed at Sotetsu for our Kanto and Kansai trip previously.

Theres a free to use onsen. Reception is at 12. Parking is really easy next door. I have no complaints. The room for 2 of us is spacious, clean and modern. Location is great also next to a mall. Definitely will stay here again

Very nice hotel with rooftop overlooking Kumamoto Castle. Housekeeping is done everyday , shimotori shopping arcade is just 5mins walk with lots of dining options and shopping . If you are driving there's lot of 24/7 parking nearby.Quite spacious for solo traveler.
