"Simply beautiful. The onsen was so wonderful and the community onsen was even better. The staff were absolute professionals and went above and beyond our expectations. The breakfast and dinner were as we expected. I really liked their tempura but i loved the sashimi. My partner loved the beer dispenser:) We feel a got the best deal!"

One thing to note: the cottages are a separate facility from the main hotel, so guests staying in the cottages cannot dine in the hotel’s restaurant. This should be made clearer."

"We had a very good night Sansuikan Kawayu Matsuya. They share hot springs and the restaurant with a nearby hotel. Hot springs are the absolute standout: fantastic! Food is good and plentiful. Our room had a brilliant view. All the rest is okay, although the exterior of the building is not nice."
