"The staff was exceptional and the breakfast had a nice variety. They also have a small menu to order omelettes and pancakes. They also validate parking for the nearby parking garage. The only complaint I have is not being aware that the rooms I had booked did not come with a safe or air conditioning. Those rooms are upgrades to the "classic" rooms. In order to cool off the room I left the windows cracked but the noise from the street made it hard to sleep."

"The hotel is very clean and updated. We were greeted immediately and since it was early morning, our bags were checked at the hotel so we could begin our Munich sightseeing. The location is near the main train station and very convenient. The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful."

"The buffet breakfast was reasonably extensive and sumptuous, siialr to other properties in its class. The staff was superb, uniformly polite, helpful, experienced and kowledgeable. If you expect to have climate control you will be horribly disappointed. The a/c is centrally controled even though there is a therostat in the rooml. The Merbure chain has a policy of not turning on the air conditioning at all until May 1, and then only having it available unitl outside temperature has dropped below 18 C (64 F). The room can bake during the day and my room was stil at 24 C (75 F) long after the outside temp had fallen below 18. Sleeping was not comfortable."
