"Used laundry service - excellent. Lighting in room was awful. Even with all lights on it was dull including the bathroom - felt a little outdated. No plug socket near mirror except bathroom (if someone in there a problem) Only allowed to use swimming pool once in a four day stay despite the cost of the room!! Not in a good location for us personally! Stayed in better hotels throughout Korea."

"It was very clean and much more than what we expected. We travel to Busan almost every month or even every week for work so it was a nice find. Maybe the only confusing part for us t was that we were given not exactly the same type of room shown in the photos. The one we stayed in was ideally nice and perfect but didn't have that extra bed room nor jacuzzi. Anyhow we didn't need them either so we'd be happy to be back any time we're in Busan!"

"A great location for the views and the convenience of the area is stellar! We stayed for one night but it was a clean and comfy visit. The check in process is slightly confusing, you need to take the elevator to the 4th (then to the 6th floor lol) or 6th floor depending on where you enter but it's super fast and the person who assisted me spoke English which made things easier. The views are by far the best part of this hotel. We would definitely stay again :)"
