"I recently stayed at this hotel and had a mixed experience. The air conditioner was not working well, making the room extremely hot throughout the night, even with the windows open. To cope, I had to tilt the air purifier to point at me just to cool down a bit. On the positive side, the water pressure in the shower was generally good, making for a decent short shower. "Complimentary buffet breakfast was great. There’s also a public bath 大浴場 in the hotel which is nice & clean. Also great location, just opposite to the Kushiro station! Highly recommend this hotel 👍 "

"This hotel is in a great location. We were able to walk to the ferry port. It is walking distance to the bus station. The dinner buffet was excellent. There were many varieties of food. Our room was clean and faced Lake Akan. A great place to stay!"
