My family and I stayed in 10 different properties in and around Kuta, and this place was our favorite for the price point. The room was very clean and spacious, breakfast was really good and the staff were nice.

Nice and comfortable
The staff were more than helpful, from start to finish. Nothing was an issue, even when we had to change rooms as we forgot tobook an extra night. They moved our luggage, and even made up the room to celbrate my husbands 50th birthday surprise.

The staff are wonderful and friendly, the whole atmosphere of the place is relaxing. The pool is great. The only problem I had was that when it rained we had water leaking in our bathroom.

Great for the price, pool is excellent. Very well located in Kuta. There are 2 types of rooms original Balinese and newer block down the back with another pool, quieter. Great place, love it.

We had a large room, the pool area was nice with a swim up bar, the breakfast restaurant was great, a short walk to the beach was nice. Due to the coroanvirus we needed to cut our stay short and find a flight home before everything was cancelled and we were forced to quaratine. We'll have to come back once everything has been resolved.

The location was really good, only 2 min walk to the beach and right behind Discovery Mall. The pool was also really nice. I booked a Superior room on the ground floor and it was comfortable enough for 3 nights. A bit dated but it was ok. Wifi wasn’t the best as it kept cutting out and the signal wasn’t that strong but was manageable

It was a good location but not our type of location. Serviced rooms always turned off the mains power so room n fridge hot upon return. Over priced for what your rooms are. Breaky upstairs never again - breaky poorly supplied. Area dirty. Pool bar not enough seats and not being able to supply requested standard lemon cruisers for 3 days. Not able to mix drinks as per bar menu at the pool. Ground around pool hot/ never any pool towels at 1.30-4pm

We do apologize that in few weeks a go, we had busy time, so we can;t provide enough pool towel during that time. How ever we will keep learn in future to improve our service and facilities. I booked this property because of the previous Expedia reviews. It lived up to all its expectations. The room was just right for me - very comfortable. The pool(s) were great. The main pool gets the sun all day. Staff were friendly and helpful and met all my needs. The place is about 5 minutes to the very busy main drag of Kuta Beach and to the beach itself. When you are on the property, it is liked being in an oasis - quiet and peaceful.
