All the staff were so friendly and amazing to us, it really made our trip so enjoyable! The food selection was amazing and there was so much variety. Bene had the most delicious Italian food The spa had a variety of treatments and each treatment I had was fantastic.

Honestly the property needs a renovation. I was very disappointed by the level of cleanliness and the room. We paid for a full ocean view room and we were initially given a partial. We had to explain to the staff the different room types that are described on Expedia and that we paid extra money for full ocean view. After a room change, the linen was old and the pillows had small stains. The shower floor had mould and the level of cleanliness was very poor. For the price we paid we were very disappointed.

Amazing friendly staff, every one was so warm and welcoming. The breakfast spread was so extensive, i think you will have to be an alien to not like something there. Every morning was slightly different. The serving staff was exceptional, i think i only remember one name i think she is Sri/Siti in the restaurant? The hotel is next to a shopping mall which is so convenient, but the surrounding streets are more chaotic and noisy

Fantastic place to stay, the buffet breakfast was great, staff were wonderful, they went above and beyond. Close to the shopping mall. Kids pool is very basic but they still had fun.

Stayed in Sheraton from 17 Sep to 22 Sep23. Best Beach facing hotel with best STAFF.Very clean rooms and best room service. You can’t ask anything better than THIS HOTEL. Not luxurious - A good 4 star.
The hotel is across the road from the beach. NOT on the beach or with a private beach. It’s kinda dated. The room we were in - didn’t have proper hot water for a shower or in the tub throughout our stay. The person came once to fix and said that’s the best we can do. Their room service menu is a complete disaster. No other way to say it. We ordered food - there was vomiting and all that comes with it. They however went out of their way to try and fix it. Breakfast buffet is amazing. Great food and choice of menu. The staff and service is overall is excellent. Especially the coffee shop and breakfast. When you brush your teeth or wash your face or have a shower - the water is salty. Heaven knows why. It’s an okay hotel. The Sheraton brand keeps it going - but nothing truly world class or luxurious. Well connected in Kuta and has a mall right next door. Also, some of the areas in the hotel smell like they are close to an open sewage line and stink badly. (Staircase connecting hotel to UNI GLOW & far side of swimming pool.

Poor entrance to otherwise good hotel
The main issue of hotel is location at top of shopping centre - this lobby is 4th floor at back with unacceptable entrance from street or shopping centre - enter via one section of shopping centre . after security of centre requiring stairs and security of hotel one needs climb further ling staircase to second floor then walk long corridor and then take elevation to floor 4 - so impossible with bags on foot - taxi missed street sign as cannot see hotel - drove through underground parking lot and street at back to second floor to let off bags - my entry to my room was through to another hall to elevator - later shown by kind staff secret exit and entrance for quests with room keys through elevator to 1st floor ballroom and halls - aside from poor entrance - once get to room it’s decent as is service and pool and breakfast was very good -

So I booked this reservation for a couple days and within the hour I had to cancel it due to an emergency and I couldn’t contact the hotel for almost 4 days. The Expedia staff and the hotel totally screwed me over. They didn’t take the time to listen to me or my situation and charged me. No questions asked. You should leave Expedia now and book directly with the hotel. Save yourself.

It was my first trip to bali with my family and mum and we had a wonderful experience staying at Sheraton Bali Kuta Resort. The view was breathtakingly gorgeous as Kuta Beach was just across the hotel. (We took 2 rooms with the ocean view by the way) . We were welcomed with a nice ginger flavoured drink while waiting to check-in. I requested them to do up a mini birthday decorations for one of the rooms to surprise my mum since it was her birthday, and my mum was delighted with the surprise ( a small cake, together with the birthday banner, flower arrangement and a birthday towel cake shaped). Breakfast at daily social was also good with good mixture of local, western and indian varieties. The staff were all friendly and helpful (especially Didi from Daily Social who gave my children bead bracelet with their letter initial) which made our trip so wonderful. Lastly, location is also great as it is located near beachwalk mall and cafes, so convenient. Highly recommended.

Staff were extremely welcoming and friendly. Guest facilities were excellent (pool/gym/day spa) Hotel location was close to everything and walking distance to street stalls, beaches, nightclubs, high end shopping complex and numerous restaurants. We loved our stay and will be back!
