Bad then good: The rooftop restaurant food is terrible. Just don’t even try, all of it was mediocre at best in regards to the amazing food Bali has to offer. The coffee machine in the room was funky and wouldn’t work right, the sliding doors got jammed and sometimes wouldn’t move to close off the bathroom. The bathroom didn’t have proper ventilation to remove the hot steam efficiently. The staff only provide two bottles of water until you ask for more. The good: the staff are amazing! So friendly, sweet and helpful. They are very understanding and very accommodating. The facilities are clean, great lobby, super fast elevators and cars-security protected floors feel great. The view from the top is fantastic and it’s centrally located. Very comfy beds and useful universal plug-ins. Even though the rooftop is loud, we couldn’t hear anything from our rooms. Overall, decent but this is a 3-star hotel, not a 4-star. TRAFFIC in this area is the WORST!

I was a little unsure booking Tribe however they really amazed me and my family. For starters it’s a great location opposite the beach and within walking distance of nightclubs, markets restaurant spas and bars. We couldn’t fault the hotel at all, the decor is amazing, the place is consistently kept clean. There’s a cafe that does food on ground level and on floor 6 there’s an amazing restaurant that does anything you could imagine. All the staff were amazing and so helpful and friendly, especially Faris. My family will be booking here again next time we stay.

Superb modern hotel
I literally cannot find fault with this place. From check in to check out, every aspect of the stay was exceptional. The hotel is very modern, and the cleanliness of the room was exceptional. The breakfast buffet was extensive, from local dishes to everything you would expect from a western breakfast. The patisseries were the best we had during our stay in Indonesia. Every member of staff we encountered were superb and went out of their way to interact - from cleaners to management. We experienced an earthquake during our stay and the evacuation route and process was very clear and orderly. Management were on hand in the lobby to answer questions and guide us. Overall a truly outstanding hotel!

I loved the design and style of this chic boutique hotel. The rooftop pool and restaurant was nice, and in-room massages were awesome. All of the staff was great and very helpful.

We paid extra for king balcony and door on balcony could not be secured and kept opening wide during night. Staff tried to tell us we weren’t closing properly. It needs maintenance. Not sure we will stay here again as service nowhere up to standard of other hotels we have stayed this trip, that were a fraction of price. Definitely not 5*

Hotel is modern, beautiful lobby. Staff very profesional and attentive. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. Balcony didn’t have a view, it was concrete building view. Walking at night in the area didn’t feel safe. Hotel is by the beach area and strategic location as base, to venture out in Bali.

We spent a week at Tribe and loved the hotel. Location is perfect and so quiet in the evening. Breakfast was one of the best we have had in the hotels in Bali. Only issue we had was that our room had little to no storage for two people. We ended up living out of our suitcase which for a week is a little frustrating. The pool area although small always had enough sun beds and they were very comfy. Sunset at this hotel was also amazing! We would be back but booking a bigger room next day.

Modern boutique hotel with a beautiful infinity pool at the rooftop with a view of the beach and sunset. Convenient location in Kuta with countless dining and shopping choices. Boutique break in Bali
Great staying in a twin room 137. Breakfast was varied between asian and western food. We had a seafood BBQ evening in Afterglow which was ok, werent sure how it worked in terms of picking food and staff just stared at us until we asked them to explain the set-up and to get free glass of wine etc. The live band were amazing. Loved the pool, cabanas and towels available. Reception forgot to take my card at check-in so came up to room after. Staff all hospitable and friendly but maybe a bit more training or better comms with guests needed. Location was a bit of a walk from Kuta centre which can be tiring in humid weather. Opposite beach but wasnt nicest beach area on Bali we saw. Full of surf clubs and drink sellers etc. Room was clean. Shower flooded when main head used so floor soaked. Small balcony but faced neighbouring building so not pretty. Loved the modern boutique feel.

Stayed for 7 days and loved every minute of it. The bed is so comfortable and the shower is hot and great pressure. I spent hours in the pool looking at the ocean. It is a perfect position. The food is really good. Breakfast is moderate. I prefer real bacon not beef bacon. The staff are very helpful and seem to genuinely show care to all patrons. Over all it was excellent! Would stay again as long as the prices reflect the facilities. It is a smaller hotel. The pool is small but is pretty quiet in the morning. There are many Asians that favour this hotel. They can be very noisy in their big groups.

Loved my stay at Tribe! The staff is so helpful and the view from the sixth floor is incredible for sunset and sunrises! The room is beautiful and I found the bed really comfortable with it’s fluffy pillows. As mentioned on some comments I have seen, the balcony gives you the view of the next door building so not to appealing, but I didn’t come to stay on the balcony so I didn’t mind at all. I will definitely try to come back!! Plus, it’s right in front of the beach and a few minutes walk from Beachwalk Shopping Center.

룸 컨디션 굳.
늦은 밤 비행기라 공항에서 가까운 꾸따쪽에 숙소잡고 쉬려고 했었어요. 2박 예약한게 아쉬울만큼 직원분들 다 너무 친절하시고 룸 컨디션도 좋았어요. 다시 한번 가게 된다면 또 찾고싶어요 :) 공항이랑 가깝고, 숙소 바로 앞에 꾸따비치 조금만 걸으면 비치워크쇼핑몰도 있어요 마트도 1분 거리에 있어서 좋았어요 허니문이라 남겼더니 웰컴쿠키랑 귀여운 수건백조 만들어주신것도 좋았네요. 벌레 너무 싫어하고 우기라 습한거 걱정했는데 벌레 한마리도 못봤고, 에어컨 빵빵히 잘 나와서 오히려 이불 둘둘 감싸고 잤네요ㅋㅋㅋ 참, 방음은 좀 잘 안되어 아쉬워요ㅠ 그래도 최고의 숙소👍

全体的にはすごくいい施設ですが、隣の部屋の声が聞こえるぐらい壁は薄いように感じました。 朝方にドカン(おそらく扉を強く閉める音？)という音が数回聞こえて、寝れませんでした。 スタッフの方はとてもスムーズに対応してくださりました。

Hôtel bruyant, nous étions au premier étage et nous entendions comme un réveil tous les matin. On entend aussi la musique des parties communes et tout ce qui ce passe dans le couloir. Sinon l’hôtel est très confortable.

서핑을 하시는 분이라면 정말 좋은 위치에요! 위치가 좋았구요 단점이라면 옆 호텔이 바로 붙어잇어서 커튼치고 옷갈아입고 생활해야 해요. 신식이라서 깔끔했어요 직원분들이 정말 친절합니다! 주말에 ㅠㅠ 12시까지 클럽소리가 너무 커요 참고하세요 .. 바로 옆호텔 옥상에서 클럽하거든요 진짜 큼 바로 옆에서 쿵쿵거림

Belle hôtel , mais environnement bruyant et sale
Super hôtel et surtout super service , personnel au top . Piscine roftop génial belle vue . Le point faible mal isolé, on entend malheureusement les autres clients dans le couloir. La Plage était immonde par contre , mais ce n’est pas la faute de l’hôtel . Recouverte de plastique en tout genres. Cela sera pour nous une très bonne expérience hôtelière mais la plage de kuta n’a aucun intérêt… Trop sale …
