Worst customer service. The hotel, the room is generally nice but the customer service omg... Horrible. From checking in, to ask for a taxi when i was checking out...there was no help. Would not live in Cozi ever again and wont recommend it to my friends as a hotel for staycations

The hotel was great in general. However the customer service was horrible. From checking in, to checking out and asking for taxi...There was no sense of customer service. Safe to say, will not be recommending Cozi Hotel to any of my friends for a staycation. If you are reading this and looking for a staycation, check out l'hotel south

Beautiful and Clean Room
my room is so big and clean, it looks more beautiful than the pictures, and the bathroom is big too !! The bed is also comfortable. I requested a small table and they brought it to me in a short time, very very good service !!!

The hotel is close to quite a few restaurants and food stores. It’s quiet because of the location. Everything seemed quite lovely. The shuttle coach service was excellent to Kwai Fong. A worth staying one

Small and comfortable
We really enjoyed our stay at Cozi. The hotel is very nice and comfortable and the breakfast buffet has plenty of things to choose from. The room is quite small and the mattress is firm but since we only used the room to sleep, it was perfect for us!

Was getting a fairly discounted rate, and maybe that's why no bottled water, tissue box and hand wash soap were given. The room itself was spacious and in good condition though.

Please stop using single use plastic bottles for shampoo and conditioner! In the end we had more than 10 tiny plastic bottles in our bathroom, even though we brought our own shampoo. Please use more sustainable solutions, like shampoo and soap dispensers. Thanks

Nice room, bad bed. long waiting
room decoration was amazing and modern especially the bathroom and the room entrance. however, the bed was not clean enough, there were some hair on the bed. The check out procedure was so bad, need to wait in the long queue (20 minutes) even i have no any consuming in the room and paid the deposit by credit card. It will be better if it does the express check out with credit card payment.

Comfortable stay
This hotel is quite newly renovated. If you know the bus route to go around there is a bus stop right in front of the hotel. Otherwise the hotel also provides a schedule shuttle service to local area but not too many details.

Very clean but location is not convenient a little bit. This hotel operates shuttle buses for two or three locations.
