It was good to have a kitchenette and washing/drying facilities in the room. Pretty much had everything we needed. If you were staying for a longer time and planning to eat in more then maybe more dinnerware, etc would be required. Bathroom was a bit cramped

This is our second time staying at this property, and we love it. My family keeps asking to return to this property. It is literally a home away from home. We buy groceries and cook food at home, as well as walk around to the local restaurants. The bus stop and subway stations are a short walk away, and it’s easy to get to Kyoto Station or Karasuma area. We will definitely stay here again when we visit Kyoto. They also offer a spa treatment that you can easily schedule online. It made our trip even extra relaxing. Can’t wait to return again!

This property is wonderful in every way possible. The rooms are clean, modern and spacious. The location is convenient to transit, restaurants and convenience stores and the staff helpful and accommodating. This was best place we stayed in on our trip to Japan.
