"Shuttle bus from Kyoto station v convenient. Excellent check in/ out service, room had comfortable beds. Good amenities, 14th fl revolving restaurant for breakfast was wonderful. Only issue was the time spent in catching elevator to 14th fl, only one available and took much longer than expected. A bit of an inconvenience to reach 14th fl restaurant, esp if you are on a tight schedule. Otherwise, service was excellent. Would stay here again on next Kyoto visit."

"The hotel has a great location, right next to the shopping street(s). It is a short maybe five minute walk from the street where the taxi will let you off. The room was larger than expected and accommodated two people just fine. I really enjoyed staying at this hotel "
