"Lots of children here but adult pools available. Not an ideal couples retreat. But the facilities and staff handle it well and we were not inconvenienced. Sunset wing seems quieter than beach wing. Huge property was enjoyable to walk and nearby roadside and seaside paths offer miles of jogging/ walking/biking. Food was wonderful. Staff was 10/10 although they are sticklers for “officially” checking out rather than just charging your card. "

"The hotel was the best one we had in Japan with all staff courteous, helpful and good at speaking English. Importantly there was plenty of place for the luggages in the room which is rare! It was very well located. "

"Reception staff are astute and proactive. We arrived early for check in and having to ask, they informed us that they would process check in for us, arrange to have our luggage stored and asked if we could be back at 3pm to pick up our room keys. Rooms are a good size and clean, although the property is dated. Room cleaning is once every 2 days but room amenities, towels are refreshed daily - on non-room cleaning days, they will put these in a bag, which is hung on your door knob. Pillows are small and some may find the mattress hard. Breakfast is great! Loved the onigiri and fresh seafood bowl. Location of hotel is also hard to beat. Very near to the metro, main shopping street and multiple malls, and car rental shops. Overall, this hotel offers good value."
