"This hotel embodies the word EXCEPTIONAL in every respect.From our initial introduction to our departure, everything about our experiece was "top-notch". This starts with the commitment to service from the Staff of the Hotel - they were the part that made our experience absolutely the best. We stayed in other hotels in Spain while we were here and they didn't measure-up to this hotel. The food was good, the rooms we clean, and again always service with a smile. This hotel is obviously well-managed - it's immediately apparent when you stay here.If the reviews allowed me to make a 6 out of 5 rating, I would do so. You won't go wrong choosing this hotel. We made the mistake of only booking 1 day to start and then we missed out and had to move on Friday since they were already booked. We Don't make our mistake - book all the way through - this one is the best of the best."

"We spent a week as a family of 4. While I’m not sure this is truly a 5*, a bit dated overall. However the food was excellent quality, the restaurants were never too busy & the quality of food was very good, in particular at the buffet. It got busier around the pool during the week but was comfortable. The staff were a key highlight, very helpful and always a smile, everyone really, but shout out to Cristina who always had a smile & remembered everyone. "
