Al tener Gold, nos dieron una habitación superior a la que habíamos reservado y una entrada más temprano, pero creo que depende más de la disponibilidad (no parecía haber demasiada gente en el hotel. Habitación limpia, con aire acondicionado. La comida muy buena, variedad, tiene restaurantes para cena y de variedad. Bebidas llegan a la alberca o a la playa, excelentes meseros. El masaje en el Spa fue lo más recomendable, estuvo estupendo. Ya quiero regresar pronto. "

"Los de la farmacia me hicieron un cargo doble a mi tarjeta y no sé hacían resposables. Tanto la gerente como los empleados nada más se hacían locos. Decidí disfrutar de mis vacaciones mejor en lugar de seguir rogándoles que me dieran una solución. ¡No compren nada en la farmacia y tienda del hotel! El hotel y sus empleados excelentes"
