"Great stay! Loved the staff, food, and location! Transportation was easy to arrange when needed. Only downside was my early check-in request for 11 AM wasn’t met, my guest and I had to wait over 4 hours in the hot lobby after our flight. Closer to check-in time, staff suggested we relax on the rooftop and grab lunch, which was nice, but our room still wasn’t ready until after 3 PM. Other than that, everything was fantastic!"

Every detail, from the peaceful atmosphere to the thoughtful service, reflected a level of care that’s rare to find. I can’t thank them enough for everything they did for us. This place didn’t just give us a place to sleep — it gave us a sense of safety and kindness when we needed it most. And not to mention, the view from our room was on another level. Though we didn’t face the sea, the massive bay window behind our bed framed the most stunning west-facing sunset I’ve ever seen. If you’re considering coming to Cancún, don’t even bother looking at the all-inclusive resorts — if you want a real, authentic experience and the most beautiful view of the city, this is the one. Highly, highly recommended."

"The staff there are super friendly. They kept our luggage’s in their room because our flight got delayed and called us taxis since we didn’t want to get scammed. It’s right next to a mall and starbucks/restaurants. And even better, a Walmart! I believe this hotel is affordable and convenient for anyone. "
