"El hotel es viejo y se ve que tiene poco mantenimiento. El personal es poco atento con el huésped. Son igualados casi todos. Algunos ni te dirigen la mirada si quiera para atenderte o hacen comentarios que no van al caso. Las habitaciones no tienen buen aislamiento del sonido. No pudimos dormir bien porque en la habitacion de alado tenian una fiesta. Llamamos a recepción pero no hicieron nada. Les valio. "

"The room was very clean. The bed and pillows were soooo comfortable. I kept sleeping in because it was so comfy. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The security of the lofts made me feel very safe. I recommend the Punto Lofts to anyone needing to stay in the South of Mexico City. You will not be disappointed."
