Their beds are horrible in a worse condition ever their Customer Service never answers the phone overall this place sucks if I could put zero star, I would love to do that."

"It is a beautiful area and is located in the best view, but it is old and has not been remodeled for a long time! however it is clean and staff is so friendly. but regarding the facilities everything is limited and really old."

"Do not stay here. This hotel is extremely run down and nothing like the photos - it genuinely feels like false advertising. The difference between what is shown online and what you actually get is shocking. The room was in very poor condition, right on the highway with constant noise, and the walls are so thin you can hear everything from neighbouring rooms and upstairs. It also didn’t feel clean, which made the stay even more uncomfortable. We raised our concerns immediately and asked for a refund. The front desk advised that management only works 9–5 and refused to contact anyone outside those hours, which was incredibly frustrating and unhelpful. We were forced to stay one night and were moved to a different room. While it was quieter, it had a strong musty smell and was still well below an acceptable standard for the prices charged. This property urgently needs a full renovation, or to be taken off booking platforms altogether. Avoid at all costs. "

"hotel was awesome, only problem we were shocked with was the price of parking at $55 a day . then anything like wifi , shops , snacks in hotel stores were outrageously overpriced. then they chafge $150 damage dposit per day along with hotel access fees etc . it was alot of fees . … but area was awesome . also th hotel doesnt sell wood for the fire pits . but they will start your fire with wood they provide for you on beach for $250 . stuff like that was a turn off . "
