"The property is well taken care of, and the new amenities will be gorgeous. Unfortunately, they weren't completed/opened yet during our stay. My only knock was that our room's A/C was not blowing cold air, and the bed wasn't the best. The bed is firm, and the pillows were no good. The staff is amazing. "Average "motel" type room from the outside but inside the room looked decently upkept. Was it a high end hotel? No, but the room was modern, clean and housekeeping did a great job each day. Super close to Disney Springs which is a huge plus if you dont have a car but still want to go shopping or get a bite to eat. Shuttles to and from the parks were on time and drivers were pleasant. "
