"Check in was a breeze having reserved and upgraded online. Our room was quite spacious- king bed with 2 singles. Bathroom was clean. Room refrigerator could have been thawed out as it was not cooling very well. The breakfast buffett was hot and stocked. The desk staff was courteous and friendly. Location next to Advent Fieldhouse was quite convenient with access to starbucks, chik fila, panera and outback practically next door and within walking distance. Very nice place to stay!"

"First of all the description of this place is not fully addressed with pool hours and water park hours and you have to walk more than 10 minutes to get there. The gate to go to the pool is not open so you need to walk through the main office to get there.The pictures from the don’t go with the resort pictures. There is not a lot to do after 5 pm so it’s pretty boring, The property we rented they were a lot of issues with the internet and the main shower will only have hot water. The light on three of our rooms where flicking and the canopy from the patio wasn’t working neither. "

"My kids enjoy having a lot of space (the big house) and having both their own pool and the water park to play in. The perks stop there. DO NOT travel near Passover unless you are Jewish, 90% of the vacationers are there for a luxury passover event. This event seems to draw rude people. They are rude to fellow guests, they are rude to staff, and you can only eat terrible, overpriced kosher food at the waterpark during this time. The water park food was absurdly expensive and nearly inedible. Because the staff is burnt out with these rude guests, they will assume you are there for the event and be rude to you from the start. Not a single smile or ounce of customer service. You should be warned there is a "special event" during that time that may alter your experience before booking during this event. We had no idea it would be happening and I guess it takes place every year. We were just traveling for spring break. "
