"The hotel offered a seamless check-in experience, thanks to its prime location. The bar and food options were exceptional, although the price point for the snacks was somewhat steep. One area for improvement is the proximity of the pool area to the gym. Nonetheless, the overall experience was fantastic, with spacious, spotless rooms. The view of the waterfall from the window was truly breathtaking, and I would eagerly consider staying again."

She was able to accommodate our needs, and was super friendly and helpful. The hotel was clean, food was good, beds were comfy.
